1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product has expired upon delivery

  • The product is different from what was described on our website

⚠️ Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, and sealed) unless they were defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used food products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce)

  • Products purchased during special sales/clearance (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of replacement, we will ship the new product at no extra cost (if the return reason is valid).
